How questions are checked

Before a question goes into paid practice, it is checked by an independent AI review panel. Three different AI models each answer it cold, without seeing the answer. In a separate call, a model argues as hard as it can for a different answer, and if it finds a case, another model rules on it. A separate check reads the explanation and the words it rests on. Only questions that pass every check go live.
